Sponsor Shopping

What is sponsor shopping anyway?

Finding and choosing the right people to work with. It is vital to find like minded people whose goals and objectives align with you and your goals.

Why is this so important?

Your sponsor can make or break your success. They are the experienced one-or should be if they want to earn a high level of income they should know what they are doing!

Do you like what you do and who you work with..

If you can not stand or even like your upline and/or sponsor, this will have a direct affect on your positive attitude and your ability and desire to stick with your business long term. Your passion is what drives you day in and day out to your success, if you don't like and enjoy what you are doing you will not stick with it!

Are you proud of what you do and how you do it..

If the methods of building the business you are being taught do not align with you personally, morally, and ethically - you will not have the confidence to go out and take the necessary actions to build your business successfully. Amateur techniques generate amateur results. How you go approach people is teaching them how you go about building your business. Be a Professional.

Tragedies of poor sponsors:

Orphans are a trademark of the Network Marketing industry. Out of 50,000 people who start a NWM business 48,500 of them never hear from their upline or sponsor again.

The proof:

Network Marketing has a 97% failure rate, this staggering statistic proves there are diseased methods being regurgitated in the industry from one hyped up unsuccessful sponsor on down to the new distributor spreading the disease of unrealistic expectations and methods and practices with no foundation of sustenance!

The responsibility..

If some on puts their faith, trust, time and money to do business with you, you have a Responsibility to support, help, and train them. As a sponsor you should do everything in your power to provide the most advantageous environment for success, for all your new enrollees.

How do you find a good sponsor.

Do your research!! Get on their website find out about them, their goals and focus their experience and background. Request information from them; see if and how they respond.

"If you want to go somewhere, it is best to find someone who has already been there." - Robert Kiyosaki

What to look for:

Simple things are like timing, management, compensation plan, sponsor and team, competitive product/service, etc.

Bigger things are systems they have in place for training and support; websites, conference calls, training curriculums, resources to help a new rep get up and going

as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Assessment questions to ask;

* #1 Do they sincerely care about you as a person

* Do you acknowledge and respect your wants and objectives?

* Do they conduct themselves in a professional manner?

* Are they ethical in the way they conduct business?

* Do they use Hype or Pressure sales to try to get you involved?

* Will they spend one on one time with you?

* Are they honest?

* Do they do what they say they will or so they make empty promises?

* Do they have and implement a customer retention strategy?

* Do they have a marketing strategy?

* Do they have sufficient experience with a proven track record?

Trust your gut- do you like them, are they a real person, are you comfortable with them, could you work with them.
