One of the things I recommend is "sponsor shop", which is basically looking for a good person in your chosen company who knows what he of she is doing and will help you as you get started. Through my business affiliations in multiple companies, I have put together a list of people I know are utilizing the right methods and resources to actively building their primary businesses.
