How do you find Leaders...
Only 5 out of 100 will be a qualified leader.

Finding "ready made" or "born leaders" is a myth!
People grow into leadership roles by force of their own vision and commitment.
You need to find individuals who posses qualities of a"potential" leader then help develop and mature into a true leader.
You attract what you advertise. So if you are advertising NO WORK systems- you will attract lazy people.
If you advertise NO SALES- you will attract people who have no skills and are not willing or able to talk to people (NWM is a relationship business- no people skills = no success).
Many people have the potential for being a strong leader but most are not given the right environment, proper training, strong mentoring to duplicate success.

START with yourself! Are you doing what you are asking others to do? Are you LEADING by EXAMPLE!
Your actions are setting the stage for what will be duplicated in your organization. It is imperative to your long term success that you are developing as the BEST example! Your down line will duplicate what they see you do.
